Rajendra Pal Gautam, the minister of social welfare within the earlier Delhi authorities, will on Sunday take oath as a minister within the new Arvind Kejriwal authorities. Six Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs will take oath together with Arvind Kejriwal, who will probably be sworn in because the Delhi Chief Minister for the third time, at an occasion in Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan.
